Personal Accidents

Personal Accident Insurance may cover accidents resulting from professional risks, guaranteeing exclusively accidents occurring within the scope of professional activity, or it may also cover extra-professional risks, guaranteeing coverage for accidents resulting from activities not covered by Workmen's Compensation, such as, for example, those occurring during so-called "leisure time", thus covering the 24-hour period of the day.

Within the scope of the Companies, this insurance falls within the employee benefits area, since it is not compulsory but offers complementary and cumulative protection to Workmen's Compensation insurance.

Advantages

  • Insurance provides a wide range of guarantees that offer additional coverage for Insured Persons, such as: additional compensation in case of serious claims for dependent children and Daily Allowance in case of Hospitalisation.
